Adam Lannan Promoted to Vice President of Operations at United HVAC, Rockland MA
Rockland, MA (December 5, 2021) – Adam Lannan has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for United HVAC, effective immediately. Lannan will be leading the company’s day-to-day operations as he will be responsible for managing senior staff in the field and shop, as well as mentoring junior project managers and office staff, many of whom have recently joined the company. Lannan will also continue to work with senior company leaders to help pave the path for company growth and expansion within the industry.

Lannan has had an extensive career in the HVAC industry spanning three decades, starting in 1993 when he graduated from Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School where he studied electrical theory and construction. He has worked on several challenging projects since he joined United HVAC and most recently, he is managing the Resilience Lab project in Marlborough, Mass.
In 1994, he was accepted into the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 17 as an apprentice during which he learned all aspects of the sheet metal trade, from shop and field manufacturing, installation, balancing, and Cad drafting. He became a field foreman in 1999 and continued his career path learning field coordination and gaining an understanding of how mechanical systems are designed, installed and controlled in the field. In 2011, Lannan became a project manager for Walsh Mechanical Contractors, managing projects ranging from high end client office fit out, critical data rooms, boiler room change outs, to lab and animal care facilities for clients such as Bluebird Bio and Agios.
United HVAC is headquartered in Rockland, Massachusetts.
